Compass Collective Condemns the Rwanda Deportation Bill

Considering the recent passing of the Safety of Rwanda Bill, the Compass community stands in solidarity with refugees and migrants who are facing uncertainty and fear. We understand the distress and questions that may arise from this unsettling news.

At Compass, our commitment as with others is to oppose this inhumane bill and to ensure people are treated with kindness and respect they deserve. We stand firm in providing compassionate support for the young people in our community and cultivating a network of care and support for all. We are committed to join with others to advocate for human rights and justice.

Though this Bill represents a setback in our collective journey towards a more compassionate world, the fight is far from over. There is still much we can do to support and protect communities like ours. That's why we've compiled resources to aid those who may be feeling worried, scared, or confused about this news.

For all the young people at Compass, our solidarity and support extend to you without reservation. We are here to address any questions or concerns you may have to the best of our ability, we are here for you!
