We deliver high-energy, joy-filled drama workshops designed to support ESOL students in building confidence, developing English language skills, and strengthening teamwork - all while having fun.

Our workshops combine theatre, improvisation, movement and storytelling. Our expert facilitators foster a welcoming, playful space where every student feels empowered to participate. For students who are new to speaking English, who want to build confidence, or would benefit from developing creative expression, we provide an engaging environment that encourages both personal growth and connection with peers.

We can tailor our workshops to your needs, aims and curriculum, and can develop bespoke packages from one-off sessions to full projects and programmes.

Compass workshops are always led by at least one of our Associate Artists - expert facilitators with years of experience working with young refugees and asylum seekers - and at least one of our Compass Ambassadors - professional facilitators with lived experience as young refugees in the UK who have completed our training scheme and are developing their practice working alongside our Associate Artists.
